Enduring Games, Inc, seeks a Software Developer in the Austin, Texas area. Will Lead Rendering & Graphics efforts for PC and dedicated gaming console devices. Lead and mentor engineers with varied experience (Entry-Level to Senior). Lead and contribute to engineering efforts to port and specialize games for platforms new for the ported game. Contribute to engineering project estimates, levels of effort, and personnel allocations. Drive exploration and development of specialized rendering and performance technologies. Exhibit best practices in multiple areas of engineering for game development. Ability to port technologies to hardware targets not originally intended for ported technologies. Expertise with optimization, performance improvement tools, technologies, and processes. Architecture and implementation of graphics systems not limited to Time Of Day and Dynamic Reflections.
