ON THAT DATE, AT THAT TIME, DEFENDANT, BENNY RAY BURGESS, DRIVING A 1999 FORD F250 TOW-TRUCK, WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON BASTROP HIGHWAY SERVICE ROAD AND WAS TOWING A TOYOTA VAN.
