CONSTABLE'S NOTICE OF SALE - REAL PROPERTY DELINQUENT TAXES - BY VIRTUE of a certain Order Of Sale issued by the clerk of the 53rd District Court of Travis County, on the 16th day of June, 2026 in a certain cause numbered D-1-GN-15-002850, wherein Austin Independent School District, City Of Austin, Travis County, Travis County Healthcare District D/B/A Central Health And Austin Community College are plaintiffs, and Ramero Villarreal A/K/A Ramiro Villarreal, Teresa Villarreal Andrada A/K/A Theresa Villarreal, Rosa Villarreal Ramirez, Irene Villarreal Deleon, Mary Alice V. Jasso, Maria Elena Villarreal, Aurora V. Rivera A/K/A Dora Rivera and Mary Grace V. Cisneros A/K/A Gracie M. Villareal are the defendants, in favor of said plaintiffs in the amount of $115,088.12 together with all costs of suit, that being the amount of judgment recovered by the said plaintiffs in the 53rd District Court of Travis County, Texas, on April 03, 2025. - I, on the 30th day of June, 2026, at 2 o'clock P.M., have levied upon, and will, on the 8th day of August, 2026 at 10 o' clock, A.M., sell said real property at public auction using an online bidding platform, or at the courthouse door of Travis County at 1000 Guadalupe Street in the City of Austin, within legal hours, proceed to sell for cash to the highest bidder, all the rights, title and interest of defendants in and to the following described property, levied upon - as the properties of defendant, to-wit: - Parcel No.02-0413-0139-0000; Billing No.73828: - Lot 14, Block 6, Chernosky Subdivision No. 12, Plat No. 4/235 as described in Volume 1437, Page 12, Volume 5276, Page 1114, Volume 5276, Page 1127 and Document No. 2015159492 of the Deed Records of Travis County, Texas - THE ABOVE SALE to be made by me to satisfy the above-described judgment for $115,088.12 in favor of plaintiffs, together with the costs of said suit, and the proceeds applied to the satisfaction thereof. - Witness my hand this 26th day of June, 2026. - CARLOS B.
