NOTICE OF CONSTABLE SALE REAL PROPERTY - BY VIRTUE of a certain Writ of Execution issued by the clerk of the Travis County District Court on behalf of the 53rd District Court, Travis County, Texas, on the 3rd day of February 2026, in a certain caused numbered D-1-GN-25-00503 wherein JOHN WATSON AND JENNIFER WATSON VS CANAAN INTERCONTINENTAL, LLC, SEMERE GIDE, AND AWSAM TRANS, LLC (with judgement and costs in favor of Intervenors Bevly Khalil and Peter Khalil) is/are Defendants to me, as Sr. Deputy L.J.
