Level Up Lounge

We're excited to introduce The Level Up Lounge, a six-week peer group designed specifically for high school seniors getting ready to compete at the next level.
Capri Richardson, MA, LPC-Associate (Supervised by Angela Bulls, LPC-S), is a sports mental health therapist based in Austin, TX. She provides virtual therapy to athletes, coaches, and their families. As a former Division I and professional volleyball athlete and coach, Capri understands firsthand the demands of high-level competition and is passionate about helping athletes grow both in and out of sport.
Program Overview:
Format: 6-week in-person small group
Pre-Group Requirement: A 45-minute virtual individual assessment to ensure a good fit
Cost: $550 total (includes assessment + full program)
Payment due upfront after assessment
Refunds available up to 7 days before the start date (no refunds once the group begins)
Food: Provided during sessions
Location: Shared with fully registered participants (within a 10-mile radius of Downtown Round Rock)
Schedule: Wednesdays, 1.5 hours
Dates: June 3rd - July 22nd (skipping the week of July 4th)
