Foundation Communities is soliciting a Request for Proposals for a Roof-Mount Solar Array Install. The scope of work includes removing the existing defunct PV system, as well as designing, fabricating, delivering, installing, and maintaining a rooftop utility-interactive photovoltaic (PV) system.
Proposals are submitted electronically via [email protected] by 07/14/2025 at 5:00PM CST to Katelynn Essig, Director of Sustainability.
Hard Copies, Faxes and/or late submissions will not be accepted.

A (non)mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held onsite, at 2906 E Martin Luther King Blvd. Austin, TX 78702 on 06/23/2025 at 11:00AM CST.
Proposals will be opened on the due date at due time (07/14/2025 at 5:00PM CST) at FC's Main Office located at 3000. S. IH 35, Ste 300. Austin, TX 78704.
