Set up & manage paper or electronic filing systms, recording info, updating paperwork, or maintaining docs, such as attendance records, correspondence, or other material. Operate electronic mail systms & coord the flow of info. Sched & confirm apptmts for clients, customers, or supervisors. Open, read, route, & distribute incoming mail or other materials & answer routine letters. Order & dispense supplies. Arrange conference, meeting, or travel reservations for office personnel. Operate office eqpmt, such as fax machines, copiers, or phone systms, & arrange for repairs when eqpmt malfunctions. Bachelor's deg in bus. admin, economics, acctg or closely rltd.
